The idea for this site grew out of a paper I did in 2009 as a graduate student in the M.S. in Technical Communication program at North Carolina State University. In the paper and accompanying presentation, “Enabling User Interactivity with Documentation,” I discussed ways that audiences interact with documentation and how the availability of user-generated content is changing the way we look at technical communication. In this blog I hope to explore the idea of connecting to content further in the process of covering a range of topics relevant to technical communicators today.
